At Binkies, we empower everyone to create awesome visual product content using 3D. As a dynamic, remote-first SaaS scale-up, our team consists of 30 incredible people from over 15 countries, all working from various locations across Europe.
We have experienced amazing growth over the last few years and we are hungry to do more! So we are continuing to build our Sales team and are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to help contribute to our success. You will look after your own client portfolio, taking care of their questions, managing their contracts and helping develop new opportunities with the ultimate goal of increasing portfolio MRR.
We are looking for a brilliant person to take on the below responsibilities
Increase monthly revenue from client portfolio by reducing churn and closing cross sell and upsell opportunities
Manage a large portfolio of high level client accounts, building strong relationships and demonstrating excellent communication to ensure retention
Responding to client questions and acting on feedback
Handling contract renewals
Seeking out upselling and cross selling opportunities with clients
Work alongside our Solutions Engineers to respond to technical issues and queries
Managing client negotiations, seeking value adding solutions for clients
What you bring to the table
Minimum experience requirements:
At least 3 years experience in Account Management or Key Account Management roles
Experience of managing a portfolio of enterprise client accounts with long sales cycles
Experience in contract renewals, up-selling and cross-selling, with a commercial mindset
Fluent English, both written and spoken (vocab and grammar)
Experience with SaaS products
Experience working in a remote setting
Additional nice to haves:
Spanish language - C1 level
Masters degree in a related field
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
Tech-savvy: you know what HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are

Salary range: gross salary €3500 - €4500 depending on experience

40 hour working week, with flexibility negotiable

Salary: (outside the Netherlands based on a freelance contract)
